- Verify water and power meter readings (where applicable)

- Collect mail, packages, and flyers
- Confirm lockbox and door security
Interior Check
- Inspect doors, windows, and security systems
- Verify thermostat settings and HVAC operation
- Ensure dehumidifiers are running properly
- Flush toilets, run faucets, and check for leaks or odors
- Inspect breaker panel and appliances
- Check crawl space or basement for moisture or pests
- Confirm overall cleanliness and readiness

Lockbox Installation
Each home receives a coded lockbox, discreetly placed on-site for secure access.
Scheduled Visits
Visits occur at your chosen frequency. You’ll receive a notification before and after each inspection.
